Proposal & Project Confirmation
If we are a match, you receive a custom proposal with your timeline, deliverables, and investment.
Every experience I offer is elevated and first class. The only difference is how long we get to savor the journey.
Once you approve the proposal, sign the contract, and place your deposit, your boarding pass is stamped and we begin.

clarity starts to take shape
Before design, we build clarity. You receive an onboarding guide and brand questionnaire that covers copy, photography and any design elements that belong on your new site.
You also curate a Pinterest board to capture tone and feeling. If your visuals need a lift, I create a mini brand refresh or a custom wordmark so everything reads cohesive and elevated.
This is the moment your direction becomes visible and your story starts to breathe.

We move with focused momentum, so you'll have access to your private portal where all communication will take place. This is where you'll receive guided previews and clear checkpoints for feedback.

How Do Payment
Plans Work
Yes. When you sign your contract, your first payment secures your design week.
From there, you can pay in full, 50/50 or choose a three-month plan.
All payments are completed before your start date.
I know investing in your brand is a big step, which is why my payment options are designed to feel supportive and sustainable.

DO I NEED TO WORK
WITH A COPYWRITER or PHOTOGHRAPHER FIRST?
Ideally, yes - pairing professional copy and photography with your design will take your brand to another altitude. Strong words and imagery help me translate your essence more powerfully on the page.
That said, it’s not required.
If you’re DIY-ing your photos, I’ll share my go-to tips for capturing imagery that feels authentic and elevated. Plus, every client receives a copywriting guide to help you craft your words with clarity and confidence.

It’s the most flexible, design-forward platform out there. You get total creative freedom, drag-and-drop simplicity, and no need for code.

DO YOU REALLY DESIGN THE WEBSITE IN A WEEK OR TWO?
Yep. My process is intentionally deep and structured. We do all the heavy lifting upfront, strategy and brand immersion — so when Design Week arrives, I can go all in.
The result? A fully custom site ready to launch in days, not months. If copy or content needs refining, that can add a few extra days, but most projects land smoothly within a week or two.

DO YOU DESIGN LOGOS ?
I don’t offer full-scale logo and brand elements, but I do provide a mini brand refresh if you things need refined - curated color palette, modern typography, and a refined wordmark to ensure your website feels cohesive and elevated.
If you already have branding in place, I’ll make sure your new design aligns seamlessly with it.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL COSTS I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?
A few — all standard for custom sites:
• Showit hosting (plans typically range from $22–$49/mo.) depending if you have a blog.
• Domain registration, if you don’t already have one (GoDaddy etc.)
• Font licensing, if you choose any premium fonts from foundries or marketplaces like Creative Market
Everything else? Included.
