I’m Jen — Founder.
Airline gal. turned web designer.
Before launching this studio, I spent 23 years with American Airlines, helping shape experiences rooted in care, precision, and genuine connection.
It was more than a career. It was where I learned the quiet power of empathy, leadership, and showing up for people with heart.
Then life shifted in a way I never expected.
A season of physical recovery for my husband and becoming a full-time caregiver to him tested every ounce of strength I had. It was raw, disorienting, and deeply human - a chapter I wasn’t prepared for.
But somewhere in the chaos, I found a spark. I began to dream again, create again, to imagine a new chapter where design could be both a form of healing and a vessel for meaning.
With one foot in caregiving and the other slowly stepping back into creativity, I began shaping what would eventually become Jenuine Made.
After months of reflection and determination to build a life that works for us, I made the decision to retire from American Airlines and step fully into this next chapter.
Through intention, resilience, and a whole lot of heart, Jenuine Made was born.
Because sometimes it’s the turbulence that teaches us how to fly differently. Mine led me here. And I’m forever grateful.
