Before launching this studio, I spent 23 years at American Airlines. Shaping experiences defined by care, precision, and genuine connection.

brand

It was more than a career; it was where I learned the quiet power of empathy, leadership, and showing up with heart.

Then in 2020, life shifted suddenly and profoundly. My husband’s accident changed everything overnight. Becoming a full-time caregiver tested every ounce of strength I had. It was scary, raw, disorienting, and deeply human. Something I wasn't prepared for.

Amid the chaos though, I found a spark. I began to dream again, to create again, to imagine a new chapter where design could be both a form of healing and a vessel for meaning.

With one foot in caregiving and the other fully immersed in creativity, I began building something that reignited my sense of purpose and joy.

A business built on freedom, bravery, and something that brought me back to who I’ve always been.

After months of reflection, quiet courage, and a determination to rewrite my own story - I made the decision to retire from American Airlines and step fully into this new chapter.

New appreciated time with my husband gave us both the space to decompress, process, and heal.

Through intention, resilience, and a whole lot of heart, Jenuine Made was born. A creative studio shaped not just by ambition and grit, but by transformation.

Because sometimes, it’s the turbulence that teaches you how to fly differently. Mine led me here, and I am forever grateful.
